Tint is fussy about its environment. Dust that lands on the adhesive stays there forever, so every install runs in our closed studio bay where the air stays clean while the film goes down.

Every tint job runs at 12722 N 158th Street, inside a closed bay where dust and cottonwood fluff can't drift onto the film. It's the cleanest install we can give you. What ceramic film changes
We install GeoShield C2 ceramic film on every job, not the cheap dyed stuff that fades to purple after two Nebraska summers. Ceramic particles in the film reject solar heat instead of just darkening the glass, and that's the difference you feel.
In July it means a cabin that cools in a couple of minutes instead of ten, and a steering wheel you can hold at 2pm. The film also blocks nearly all of the UV that fades dashboards and cracks leather, and it takes the edge off glare on I-80 when the sun sits low.
Privacy is the other half. Darker rear glass keeps kids, tools, and whatever's riding in the back out of view while the vehicle is parked.
If you think of ceramic coating and paint protection film as armor for the paint, tint is the same job for the glass and everything behind it. Plenty of customers book two of the three in one studio visit.

How It Goes
From quote to cured film
One thing to check first: if a windshield or door glass is cracked, fix the glass before you tint. We handle windshield replacement too, and it's far cheaper to replace and then tint than to film a pane you're about to lose.

Pick your shade
We offer 5, 15, 20, 35, 50 and 70% shades. The lower the number, the darker the shade. Pick which one you want. Shade does not affect pricing.
We install
In the Bennington studio bay, GeoShield C2 ceramic film. Edges trimmed clean, film tucked to the seals.
Let it cure
Windows stay up for three or four days. Small hazy patches and water pockets are normal early on and vanish as the film dries.

Does ceramic tint actually block heat and UV?
Yes. We install GeoShield C2 ceramic tint, which uses ceramic particles to reject solar heat and block nearly all UV rather than just darkening the glass. You feel the difference in July: the cabin cools faster and the steering wheel stays touchable. The film stays optically clear, so it cuts heat and UV without turning the glass hazy or making it harder to see out of.
How long does window tint take to cure?
Plan on a few days in warm weather and up to a couple of weeks in winter. Keep the windows up for the first three or four days. Light haze or small water pockets in the first week are normal and clear up as the film dries.

Does window tint help in winter?
It does more than people expect. Ceramic film helps the cabin hold temperature and cuts the low-sun glare that sits right at eye level on winter drives. Summer heat rejection is the headline benefit, but the film works year-round.
