The Aviation-Safe Process

What happens before any water touches the skin

Most detailing damage on aircraft doesn't come from laziness. It comes from car habits: alkaline degreasers on bare aluminum, a pressure wand run along a lap seam, water forced into a static port nobody noticed. So our airplane detailing work starts with the part you never see in the after photos.

Before anything gets wet, every pitot tube, static port, and external sensor is covered and flagged. Antennas get noted on the walkaround so nobody leans a brush against one. From there the wash itself is deliberately boring: pH-neutral, aluminum-safe products, soft wash media, and no pressure blasting near seams, antennas, or control surfaces. Brightwork and props are polished by hand, because a rotary buffer has no business near a leading edge it can't feel.

When we finish, the tape comes off in front of you and we verify every port is clear before we pack up.

Hangar Services

What we handle at your hangar

Every job is scoped to the aircraft in front of us. Text a few photos to (402) 603-1072 and we'll give you a number before we ever roll out.

Exterior wash & degrease

Full-airframe wash with the belly included. Bug strikes come off the leading edges, exhaust soot and oil film come off the belly, and the whole aircraft gets dried by hand.

Aircraft ceramic coating & sealant

Paint sealant or ceramic protection for painted surfaces and leading edges, applied by the same crew that handles our ceramic coating work on cars. It slows oxidation and makes the next bug cleanup a wipe instead of a fight.

By quote

Brightwork & prop polish

Spinners, struts, polished cowl trim, and bare-metal brightwork brought back by hand. It's slow work, and it's the only safe way to do it.

Interior detail

Leather seats cleaned and conditioned, carpet extracted, trim wiped down, and glass finished streak-free. Everything in the cabin stays exactly where you left it.

Scheduling & Quotes

Priced by the aircraft in front of us

Aircraft is one of the jobs we won't put on a menu. An SR22, a light twin, and a corporate jet are three different jobs, and condition moves the number as much as size does. A hangared plane that gets wiped down after every flight quotes very differently from one that has sat outside through two Nebraska summers.

So we quote from photos. Text a few shots of the aircraft to (402) 603-1072, tell us the type and where it lives, and you'll get a real number rather than a range designed to get us in the door. It's the same way we quote boat detailing: by what's in front of us.

On scheduling, we work around you. That means coordinating hangar access, staying clear of your flight schedule, and having the aircraft back to ready before you need it. Ask us about insurance and airport access requirements for your field when you call, and we'll sort out gate logistics before the visit, not at it.

Questions

Aircraft owners usually ask

Which airports do you serve?

We cover Eppley Airfield (OMA), Millard Airport (MLE), North Omaha Airport (3NO), Blair Municipal, and the Council Bluffs airport. We come to your hangar or tie-down. If you keep your aircraft at a smaller strip nearby, call and we can usually make it work.

Do I need to be there while you work?

Not the whole time. Most owners meet us on the first visit so we can walk the aircraft together and note anything that needs extra care, then we work around your hangar access and flight schedule after that. Ask us about insurance and airport access requirements for your field when you call.

How do you protect pitot tubes and static ports?

They get covered before any water touches the aircraft. Every pitot tube, static port, and external sensor is masked and flagged first. We keep pressure washing away from seams, antennas, and control surfaces, use pH-neutral aluminum-safe products, and pull the covers and verify every port is clear during the final walkaround.
